Now until May 10th, purchase $15 worth of books from Dorchester and receive 25% off all titles! Simply enter the code MD09 when you check out and save immediately.
Prefer audiobooks? At Barnes&Noble, you can download one of their new mp3 audio titles for 50% off. Just use code L7J4J3D, which is good until May 4. They’re also offering some free downloads by authors such as Laura Lippman, Kurt Vonnegut, Alice Munro and half a dozen others.
But back to Dorchester. Through our partnership with LibreDigital, we’ve added a Browse Inside feature to help readers preview the first 10% or so of a book’s content. We currently have Browse Inside available for all 2008 titles and 2009 through April. Similar to the widgets currently available through Harlequin and HarperCollins, they not only allow readers to sample a book before purchase, but they also facilitate promotion easily allowing authors, reviewers, and bloggers to embed the preview on their own sites. We’re looking forward to using this tool for special promotions and free ebook giveaways in the future. So stay tuned…
And just for fun, a few more RT pics from Lisa Cooke:

Leah, you’re quite the brave lady, appearing in public like this with the rooster. Of course you know others will stop at NOTHING to get a shot at stealing him back, international rooster of intrigue that he is.
That said, you two do make an awfully cute couple. ;0)

LOL – Hey, I recognize that rooster! What a fun picture. Leah, it looks like you had a great time (and the rooster has notes, gotta watch him) and that the convention was a huge success.

Looks like the rooster was in good hands! Hope he showed you a good time, Leah:)

There are so many ways to go here. But I’m totally biting my tongue.

Thanks, Leah, for posting the link to my article on Dorchester. It was fun to write and if I could have included the chocolates I would have. Or maybe not…they sure were tasty!
